It soaks up a lot of sweat, these things are all overpriced IMO but ive used a lot of them and i mean, this material is of better quality than many, very absorbent, if you want a good one you have to pay their crazy prices for the strip of material

Helps keep edges dry. Doesn't stop sweat, however it helps it dry faster and keeps edges laid down. Don't remove until dry and hair will e dry and in place. It strechs and helps head breathe. Recommend.
