I’ve been using chalk for over 12 years and this one does the job. I’ve had it for about a year and a half now and it’s been great. The grip is solid, it’s easy to wash off, and it’s good value for money. I also really like the keychain—I don’t like carrying the whole bottle with me, so I usually just refill it. I have a condition where I sweat more than usual, so I can’t go to the gym without chalk. This one keeps up with my workouts and I keep coming back to it.

Quick delivery, does the job

Very good, works quickly, very grippy, and washes off easily. I wouldn’t recommend for pole dancing which is what I bought it for but very good for grip in general.

Aids grip and enables a couple of extra reps. Essential gym purchase and always borrowed by everyone at my gym. A small amount will last the workout.

I got the largest bottle of this. The chalk itself is awesome. It has an initial texture of lotion and dries up very fast. Depending on what you’re using it for. You can get several sets in with it. I did hit a new deadlift pr using this chalk. One issue I have with some chalks is poor bottle design where after you take off the inner foil. Air gets in and the chalk becomes a brick. This bottle seals tightly and after several weeks I have not had any issues. I will be buying this again when I get low.

Ich nutze das Liquid fürs Pole Dance. Es nimmt die Feuchtigkeit von den Händen, ohne dass man dabei festklebt. Das heißt, dass man guten Grip hat, aber z.B. Spins an der Static Pole dennoch möglich sind. Dabei ist es sehr ergiebig: Für eine Trainingseinheit reicht mir in der Regel eine 1-Cent-Stück große Menge (an besonders heißen Tagen auch mal zwei). Wer fürs Pole allerdings ein Liquid sucht, das extra Grip verleiht (also tendentiell eher klebrig ist), der sollte sich für ein anderes Produkt entscheiden.

This product is easy to clean off clothing, hands, and weights. It works really well to create a dependable dry grip. I have used it to dead lift, shrug, and lunge carry hundreds of pounds. It has not failed. I highly recommend using a text duty dry hands lotion or cream after. If not, your callouses will likely break and bleed.
