Pleased with this product, used it a number of years ago with success and required it again. I had a very small localised damp spot in the corner of my room from an apparent unknown source. I purchased the “spray paint” type of applicator as opposed to the paint out of ease. Albeit, the smell from this is very very strong, no children or pets should be close, keep the windows open and plan the leave the room instantly, it’s incredibly strong. In addition, dependent upon your type of patch, the paint may be more ideal, as naturally the spray travels, arguably in my case the paint may have been more ideal as I had to mask off the area to prevent over application on other areas. However, all that technical aside, it works, I’ve attached a before and after. It goes on thick white, and is easily painted over. I also sprayed over filler I had put on in the area and it went over that fine and caused no issues. I managed to paint over again in two coats of Dulux Polished Pebble which is naturally light and still not shown through. Been on for about a year now, and no penetration, albeit there has been plaster cracking but that’s no discredit to the product as it’s a result of the damp area, I plan on to re fill the area again and should be fine after that. Would and will use again.

Used the Polar Damp & Stain Block Spray to cover a few small marks (damp and general mystery stains), and it’s worked well so far. It’s very easy to apply — quick spray, decent coverage, and no complicated prep beyond the obvious cleaning. It’s ideal for smaller spot areas rather than whole walls, and it blends in nicely once dry. It covers effectively without needing loads of layers, and doesn’t feel like you’re emptying the can just to deal with one patch. If you’ve got small stains from damp, mould, nicotine or similar and want a quick fix without breaking out full paint tins and rollers, this does the job. Five stars. Handy little problem-solver for targeted areas.

This is a good damp proof and mould proof paint, and when concentrated on a small area per can, say 6ft sq., is very effective. But remember to: a) shake v well to make sure it comes out thickly, b) wear an ffp2 mask and disposable poncho with elasticated sleeves, vinyl gloves, and perhaps a face shield, especially if spraying overhead! It spreads a fine coating all over the vicinity!

Really good value for money, it's easy coverage, quick drying, just make sure to keep the area well ventilated once youve sprayed as its very strong smelling, but worth it, good coverage and more importantly does the job its intended for, no more damp.

Edit: Seller has provided a full refund for my order without any prompts as the product did not work. Great customer service. I've bought this product multiple times before and absolutely loved it. It sprays easily, and covered the walls, and seamless blended in with the paint. You couldn't spot where I used it. Smells a little, but open windows and it goes away quickly. But in my recent purchase of 2 bottles, I noticed the packaging has changed. The spray now leaves a dark mark on the walls and the area I spray on does not blend with my paint. It looks awful, and now I've to buy more paint to cover the patches. I dont know if I got a bad batch or if there's a change in formula, but it does not work anymore. Very disappointed!!

Super Produkt. Deckt super Einfache Anwendung. Günstiger als die Marken Produkte und erfüllt seinen zweck. Leider war eine Dose bei mir kaputt aber , alles geregelt bekommen und top funktioniert. Top Hersteller Firma

Zuerst war ich skeptisch, aber das hatte sich sofort erledigt. Brauchte diese Farbe um in einem Altbau im Badezimmer ein Rohr zu verschönern, es war fleckig, grau schwarz und ließ sich nicht abdecken.. mit diesem Spray war das kein Problem. In 5 Minuten war das Rohr weiß !! Zu Beginn hat es zwar kurz nach Lösungsmittel gerochen, das war aber ebenfalls nach ein paar Minuten komplett weg. Würde diese Farbe jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Wegen starkem Geruch 1 Punkt Abzug , ansonsten perfekt, blockiert effektiv die Feuchtigkeit

Das Spray wurde pünktlich und korrekt geliefert. Einfach in der Handhabung und Flecken waren direkt abgedeckt, allerdings vorher bitte die Stellen die bearbeitet werden sollen/wollen abdecken ringsherum. Nach der Verarbeitung gut lüften! Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
