How do I correct the time on this watch?!!!

In the timekeeping mode, first press (A) button (bottom right button)on a time signal to correct seconds. Press (B) button (top right button) to shift flashing position. The digits to be changed will flash. Each press of (A) button advances the setting by one. Keep pressed for quick advance. How do I adjust the size? It’s too big on me

You can open up the clasp and move it to where it will be the right size for you. There's a little arrow on the silver part of the clasp push it down. The clasp will open up and you can move it. I have a lot of band left over. Next time I go to the jewelers I'll just have him cut of the extra. Hope this helps.
