It's for my cat
My aging cat has had constipation problems -- maybe hairball related -- and the vet suggested mixing 1/4 tsp of Miralax into her wet food, along with water to make a soupy mix. She tolerates it well and the constipation problems, which can be very dangerous, have cleared up. I've been doing this for a year. This 4 oz size is perfect for the small portions the cat needs.

So so good, takes a few days to be effective
I have constipation issues due to pregnancy and use miralax per nurse’s recommendation. It took about 3-4 days to become effective but it works! I take it more intermittently now. It’s tasteless and no smell so easy to take.
