You'll need to look up the particular code references for their radios, but they should be compatible with the DCS or CTCSS systems of the DB20-G.

Im connecting to a switch panel what size fuse should i have, how many amps does it draw?

Looks like about 6 amps at most without retuning. I would go with 10 amp fuse both plus and minus sides of power and ground sides to be safe.
