What it suppose to be
Huge bottle, arrived well packed, very thick oil, good for treating eye lashes

Recommended, great for blending your own skin cream.
After washing my face & applying my eye cream, then I use this on the rest of my face/neck/hands. About 3-4 drops of this castor oil & 6-7 drops of their rose hip oil in my palm, a squirt of Cereve moisturizing cream & rub it all together between my palms until well blended. That's it! Then I slather it on my face/neck & hands. Caster oil is thick & heavy, so for my purposes that's why I blend it. It is lovely stuff, & their rose hip oil too. Once in awhile I use just wee bit, maybe half a drop of castor oil, and dab under & around my eyes. But be careful not to get your eyes. Less is more!

Moisturizes.
It works well as a moisturizer. I'm not very wrinkled yet so I cannot tell much in that area. It's not as good though as the description says. Dark spots are still there as well. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is. You're not going to look like a model after using, but it does moisturize.

Great product/shattered eye dropper
The castor oil is excellent, however the eye dropper included in the box did not survive delivery and was shattered.

The best customer service
Sometimes shippers are not the most gentle, and they broke the dropper. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a new one. The castor oil is awesome all so. I will be buying more from this company.

Dropper is trash.
Maybe castor oil is too heavy for a dropper, but the dropper on this bottle is just trash. It drips and leaks and has me wasting oil all over the counter. Otherwise, the oil itself is as expected.
