Sensationail Peel Off Formula Gel Nail Polish Base Coat Refill, Clear, 0.25 Fl Oz

Better than original formula. It’s very thick and plush which gives you a luxury builder-gel look. Polish stays on well for at least 2 weeks (I haven’t tested longer yet). Removal is much easier than the original formula (no acetone or soaking required). Easy to apply and works well. Great product quality.

The peel off option makes it so much easier to change styles and colors, since it can be peeled off instead of the soak and file method. The down side to peel off is that sometimes it starts to peel without me wanting it too. I believe it is when my hands are wet from dish-washing and such. That can be annoying. Overall, I will use it more and more, for the ease and less damage to my nail.

I use this peel off formula under all diff gel nail polish. It comes off after 1-2 weeks and does not damage my nails. Been using for several years now.

I bought both the primer and the base coat and they worked as intended. I was able to peel off my gel nails leaving no damage underneath. I’m giving 4 stars for the product being as advertised. However! If you already have UNT Ready for Takeoff I would not recommend you get this or the other step as it requires two products to get the same effect and the cost is essentially doubled compared to UNT. They do not stay on longer than UNT despite being gel polish and the smell from both products is foul and unlike any nail polish I’ve ever had. I wanted to return these polishes as the extra cost did not equate to better quality compared to UNT, however Amazon does not accept returns on this product despite putting it in the item’s description. I removed 1 star for this.

Cons: - tiny bottle for the price. think sample size. - the formula is very thick, and hard to apply because the brush is flimsy. - after wearing for one week, peeling off the gel polish still left my nails looking like I never had a peel off base coat on at all (there was parts of my natural nail peeling up with the gel polish). you can even see evidence of damage on photos from people who left good reviews... I don't know why they were so pleased??? Pros: - none at all

Dont listen to the negative reviews. Use step 1 and 2 and your maniacure will last 10 to 12 days. II love this product

I do like that I can peel off the nail polish as promised. What I don't like is the residue left on my nail. I don't like that first first step applies a thin layer and then the second step is thick and difficult to apply because the brush is weak. I don't like that whatever polish I use fterwards is diluted and hard to put on because step two is chunky and sticky even after curing multiple times under the lamp. I don't have a problem with my nail polishes without the base so I know it is just the base. I don't like that it leaves a residue afterwards and you have to work to get all of the residue off. Honestly, while it does the job, I wouldn't recommend to anyone because it is frustrating to use.

I have VERY thin nails, so absolutely cannot have someone use a power filer on my and soaking takes awhile, so I tried this product along with the Peel Off Primer and it works great! No damage to my natural nail and I can use the builders gels and polishes I already have on top of this. I recommend.
