SSWBasics White Female Mannequin Torso with Hook - Women's Sizes 5-10

Recently I decided I wanted to give reselling clothes a try on poshmark. While doing research I went onto their site to see what closets stood out to me and where I would be more willing to buy clothes from, from a customers perspective. I noticed that all the clothes that were photographed while being displayed on a mannequin/dress form looked much more professional and you could actually see how the item lays on the body rather than just having it on a hanger or flat laying it on a surface. After looking at Dress forms online I realized that they were NOT cheap, and also took up quite a lot of room. Then I found this product. It gives you the shape of a body but doesn't take up nearly as much space! (You can hang her in the closet!) I was worried that the piece might be flimsy since the price was so inexpensive byt I was pleasantly surprised to see how thick and sturdy the mold is! Also, changing outfits is so much easier with this product than with an actual dress form on a stand. It will save you a ton of time! I included some pics I took of some clothes I plan on selling and I can't believe how good they look! You can also see in the photo of the coral pink dress what it looks like from the back. Even tho the back is hollow it still doesn't effect the quality of the photo. I am very pleased with my purchase & recommend this to anyone who resells clothes online.

Just as described and expected, now need a stand

My wife uses this to advertise clothing for an online market. She loves how she can pose the mannequin in a closet with a set background. We just wish it was a little “bigger” form, as a S/M fits best on this instead of a L/XL. We knew this when we bought it (the size), but were hoping it would work for larger clothes too. Super sturdy and durable material for the price though!

I was going to buy a real mannequin on Amazon for $50. However, I worried about the time spent on putting garments on and off when taking photos so I bought this instead. I made the right call because it is so easy to put on and take off garments. The hook is crooked, even though It didn’t hamper how this mold is hung. The back is hollow. Any garment with back design would be compromised but it is a small price to pay for how easy it is to dress this mold.

I took my time to choose one to buy as there are so many to choose from on Amazon. I am so glad I went with this one. Very easy to use and light weight. Hollow on the back which doesn't bother me, the clothes still look great on it. I was concerned because I'm a size Small or Extra Small so I thought maybe it will be too tight on this, but it isn't. I also debated between this one and the one with the stand, but this one is more useful to me because I could use swimsuits or the body shape wear item (as shown on my pictures, front and back), something that I would not be able to do on the one that could stand. The hook that came with this item doesn't work for me though, so I used a string instead and bought those hooks to stick on the wall and doubled it just to make sure it will hold up for a long time and so far, it's doing great (see string picture). I still love this item and I use it very often.

I purchased this mannequin torso to use for a Halloween costume, and it worked out really well for what we needed. It wasn’t super heavy, which actually made it easy to move around and set up. It really helped bring my daughter’s “headless person” costume idea to life and made the whole setup look much more realistic and eye-catching. It was simple but effective for the effect we were going for. Overall, a great addition for Halloween use and definitely made the costume stand out.

Started an online shop recently and this plastic model really helps in displaying the clothes! It’s a great value for price the only downside is that I usually have to take pictures from the front and back of the shirts- the hook aspect and this being a flat back model makes it difficult to hang on a wall to display the back. I’d recommend a ceiling hook but be aware that the plastic rotates a lot and can be unstable to take pictures. Overall a good deal and would recommend :)
