Not the same as fresh, but they make a decent chowder
I've been using these clam for years in my clam chowder. It's not quite the same as the fresh clams I could get in New England, but it does mean I can have homemade clam chowder in January - worth the tradeoff. The clams have a good taste and decent texture; they're clean and not salty. These are a staple in my kitchen.

We just tried these clams in spaghetti vongole and they were great. We will switch to this brand for future orders.

Tasty whole baby canned clams but a bit pricey
I find these whole baby canned clams to be very tasty, although I do drain and rinse them before eating. I wish they were at a better price point though.

Great Clams in a can
I made homemade Clam Chowder & these cans were perfect. However one can was dented so I threw it out. It happens.

NOT AS DESCRIBED
These are IN NO WAY WHOLE CLAMS. In fact, they are diced VERY small. I'm disappointed. However, I cant stand the process of returning them, so I will just use them. They made my dish for a gathering look ridiculous. I will NOT buy again.

Several cans arrived dented .
I have ordered these canned clams several times now and they are good but 2 of these orders came with dented cans . It was not a problem to get a refund however .
