180 - as long as it continues to work. My 2 fans stopped oscillating after 3wks.

Yes, it is. Not as loud as other fans, but once you put it on HIGH, it does get loud. I have 2 in my garage. And when I put then on oscillate, they both squeak when they hit a certain spot.
