45lb mixer and the dimensions are about 20" D x 18"L x 12" W (Good mixer)

What about seasonings or spices? Can this be used to mix bulk spices to create seasoning blends or rubs?

We use it to blend the spices into the ground pork to make sausage and it blends well.

In features it says 66lb meat mixer...not for meat ....then what are you supposed to mix in a meat mixer?

Off course you can use it with meat.They are a must have for making sausage,and it mixes the ingredients with your ground meat very thoroughly,and clean up is fairly simple.

Can you remove the paddle assembly from the 20lb mixer for cleaning?

yes, just take it apart, clean it and put it back together and your good to go!
