I bought a renewed product first time. The product and accessories came in great condition and work perfectly fine. As it happens Charge 4 is also a great tracker. So very satisfactory purchase overall.

I recently bought this refurbished Charge 4 at almost half the price and is as good as new.. Absolutely unused product. Accurate tracking. Have not used it for swimming yet..but I'm sure it will perform.. I was contemplating buying a refurbished product..but looking at the brand new condition of the product, Im really amazed by Amazon Renewed...

Works like a charm. No complaints so far

No issues faces so far with the renewed Fitbit charge 4. Looks brand new, no sign of previous usage. Tracking is very accurate compared to the cheaper Chinese brands. Battery is about 7 days without turning on gps.

I understand I was buying from the Renewed store, but the previous user data has not even been deleted. I have emails and everything from the last person who owned it!!!I’m having a hard time pairing it with my phone because of this.

I am the unhappy owner of a Charge 4. I cannot get it to charge and FitBit customer service is not very responsive. It appears that I have simply wasted my money on this product.

Device is so new, great experience with renewed. Good tracker too! Just realized I can't have both a Versa & Charge 4 in a single account but tracker itself is great.

Fitbit charge 4 only worked for a month (properly), then became erratic. Sometimes not showing anything or battery showing dead. Put on the charger cable and it would show working and “battery 100%”??? Remove from charger and it would go blank again??? This was a “RENEWED” device. I TRIED calling the seller TWICE for tech support as requested by the included paperwork. They NEVER replied to my telephone requests, or my text! I was NOT happy. So I contacted Amazon and asked for a replacement. THEY (Amazon) are as nice as can be!!! They immediately approved my request for exchange...unit was returned yesterday. So, NOW we can see if the seller makes good on the 90 day warranty period.

The item was like new, easy to set up and use immediately.

This seems to be OK but far from accurate and I've used better. The most irritating thing is that I can be sitting and resting and all of a sudden i cheers me on with rewarding indicator as If I just finished a good exercise. Ha ha, too funny. I take it to the gym with me to measure my oxygen and heart rate but not too satisfied with its accuracy. I think this is just OK and I certainly will not pay for a subscription to something I think is only OK therefore, I have not.

I love this step tracker. It’s easy to use and read. Thank you Fitbit.
