A friend recommended this to me. All of a sudden, I began having heartburn-type issues. Tums was not working, and I have always hated taking Tums because of the dangers involved. I like that the pearls are natural. The peppermint helps with the burn of the heartburn as the pearls begin to do their work. I do have to take two at a time, as one is not enough to help. I purchased an order of 200 the first time, and I have now purchased an order of 400. I thanked my friend for recommending the pearls to me. I never knew they existed.

These will instantly take away any bloating you have and leave a cooling mint smell in you breath. I prefer these to any antacid. If it is your first time taking one, just take one. If you have bad discomfort take two.

I have been taking one at bedtime for the last 20 days. I think they are working. I don’t have any acid reflux issue. I should stop my proton pump inhibitor in the morning and try taking this one in the morning too and see if I can completely stop the proton pump inhibitor. Will update after I try.

This product contains gelatin, which was not listed on the website. In fact, ingredients are not listed at all. For context, this is supposed to be Ayurvedic natural remedy, which are always plant-based. So, for this well-known company to use gelatin is an affront itself, but they chose not to list the ingredients and then set "no returns" policy. Do NOT buy any product from this company, and Amazon should shut down their store, if they care about their customers

So here goes. The product works great and has been a life saver for my GERD issues. It even came ahead of the promised delivery date. So far so good. However, two things resulted in a lower rating: 1) the format of the product differs from what was expected based on the website; and 2) the 350% markup i realized i paid when i saw the actual cost on the capsules made me feel like nauseous - so thank gawd i had these to deal with that too :-)
