Best way to get your B12 as it dissolves quickly under the tongue. Very important if you are avoiding meat or if you are vegan as meat is main source of B12. B12 keeps your energy levels stable.

Everything I expected and easy to take

I have only been taking these for about a week but they totally different than I expected. These are a tiny red pill that you place under your tongue and just let it disolve. The package says it will disolve instantly and it pretty much does. (I have had other pills that claim to disolve instantly but they took 20 minutes to disolve. Not these). These pills also have very little fillers which is good considering I am very sensitive to those. And no artificial colors or flavors. So that's why i only gave it 4 stars it can have a bit of a strange after taste to I take it. It isn't totally unpleasant and I appreciate the maker not adding anything it doesn't need. That keeps the pill small and keeps me from getting a headache.

I have been taking the Superior Source Vitamin B12 for years. Will not be without it. Love that is microlingual and dissolves fast; that is Non-GMO; that it only contains pure active ingredients and is dye free, preservative free and no fillers/additives. I buy the one that has B12, Folic Acid and B6. They support cell production, brain health, energy metabolism, and heart health. WiLL NOT BE WITHOUT IT.

I eat mostly plant-based so B12 supplements are a must. I take two a week, spaced out and I haven't had any problems with vitamin deficiencies. So far so good!

To me with B12 issues and shots cossting $200 out of pocket.I take 1 or 2 a day. Cost was right and they are red and small. Taste not bad at all what I ordered goes under the tongue.
