More like 7x2x2 It could be 9 inches tall but the body itself is square so it definitely is NOT 6x3. About 2x2 or a little larger. Sorry I can't be more exact. I returned the one I ordered because it arrived broken and I ended up getting a GoPro instead.

Does it come with a case ?

To be clear, it does not come with a "Camera Case" for storage of the camera and associated equipment. This product DOES come with a waterproof case/housing (at least the one I ordered) to put the camera in to protect it from wet weather and limited underwater use.
