These speakers will replace your stock ones and will get great sound and bass, however; I think that without an amp will miss loudness. You can never go wrong with these fantastic speakers!

does this speaker come with a grill?

No there is no grill, but it is the best speaker I have ever bought. Excellent price, extremely loud, excellent bass, no audible distortion. You can't buy a better speaker; I have tried many. May the Lord, Jesus Christ, bless you!
