Very effective product
I love this product. If you keep up with application, it is very effective. I spray every few days and after rain, and rodents and even deer stay away from my tulips, lilies and fruit trees. Most effective if you begin early so animals are repelled before they even realize there is something good to eat. And the smell is very nice. Warning, the product cannot work effectively if you don't keep up with spraying. Also great customer service; instant correction when I had a minor problem

Great value and works well!
I used Rodent Sherriff a few years ago, which also worked well for me. But that is the same price for about an 8th of product. The sprayer that comes with this is long, but good for outdoor use. It also works great for indoor use, but you do have to clean it according to the directions provided. Peppermint oil can be sticky and "gum up the works," as my mother would say. I sprayed it at night, then ran water through the sprayer by putting the end in a glass of water and spraying in the sink until just water was coming out. Then I rinsed the whole sprayer. It takes a couple of minutes but it's easy and better than having mice in your kitchen! I don't like to kill critters, if I don't have to. But I will. I just want them out of my house! I bought mouse traps from Amazon at the same time, but have not had a single "incident." The mouse (or mice, where there's one, there's more) hate the peppermint and seemed to have moved out. Also, I have two dogs and a cat (who apparently isn't pulling his weight) and I've had no issues with them and the peppermint spray at all. I highly recommend!

Avoid the included sprayer.
The product itself is good. Works as well as expected. I will say, do not by the version with the sprayer. The sprayer itself is worthless. Even after priming it failed to spray. I finally gave up and set the bottle down. An hour later half the bottle had been siphoned out on to the ground. If the sprayer works for you great, but remove it before storing. The manufacturer seems to be aware the sprayer dosnt work well. They include a note with some instructions to try to get it working. I do not like buying garbage and the included spayer that you pay extra for is just that. I had to pour the remaining contents in to a different spay bottle to use it.

Iโm Still Observing Effectiveness
I am monitoring whether this product really keeps creatures away. I prefer using natural product products. Iโm working with this product.

Smells Good, Works Good
And you use it straight from the container. No mixing with other stuff. I put some in a spray bottle I bought separately and spray the ground around my car at various intervals. I spray the tires and a squirt in the trunk. So far, so good. No critters. Yes, you have to do it periodically (Iโm still working on how long) and if it rains or you park in a new place you have to spray that. It only takes me about 2 minutes beginning to end, so no big deal. And it is a small price to pay compared to about $800 + for a new fuel pump, which is what AAA told me it was when they towed my car ro my mechanic. Luckily, they chewed the wiring so my mechanic only had to replace that, not the fuel pump.

Doesnโt work. Smells nice.
The rats did not seem to care about the smell at all. They kept coming around just as before. Smells nice though

It definitely helps repel the pests
Ordered and product arrived promptly, no problem. I have used this for several years to spray some equipment kept in a barn to keep rodents from chewing on the wiring, etc. Seems to really help. I also use it in fall of the year to spray around house to help repel the Lady Bugs, actually Asian Lady Beetles. They seem to hate this peppermint smell and it helps repel them.

Love the smell
This works quite well, the only issue is it can get pretty expensive as you need to respray pretty often. I have quite a large area to do, but the scent is delicious.

This product is not permitted into Australia
I brought this however it was stopped by customs as it is NOT permitted into Australia. I could not get product or get it returned there for I was told no refund was possible so I paid for nothing. If you do want to buy this and are in Australia DO NOT get it.

Did not work
Keep getting rats in my roof. Followed the instructions, used the whole bottle and still getting rats. Definitely not worth it. Did not work at all.
