Quality is excellent, saves time

Product is good. It didn't show any issues since a year.But philips customer support is very poor. I give only 1 star for them. Their website isn't working when I try to book a deep cleaning service. I have been contacting support team for further help on this, but haven't received any support yet.

Haven't been able to make too many dishes till now, but thats because i am not much of a cook and my wife isn't comfortable around new gadgets, sadly. But whatever we were able to manage (mostly morning/evening snacks), it was great. It requires a little getting used to, the online recepies don't work as is and need a little tweaking. And if you have a few bad batches, (which you most certainly will in the beginning), it feels like a total waste of money. But once you get a hang of it, you will start loving it. Plus benefit of eating much less oil will want you to eat worryfree and more.The operation is pretty straightforward, select a preset menu or set temperature and time. Its as simple as that. Cooks really fast and with just a sprinkle of oil.This model has decent capacity and power for my use. The baskets are dishwasher friendly, which is a big benefit for me. It makes the cleaning hassel free.There is no additional accessory included in package which is a little disappointment. There are other airfryers with much less price that provide same value, so the higher price just for the brand name is a little excessive.Overall its a great product, just needs a little patience for first time users.
