I bought this pillow for my mom. She has been using this product for more than a week. It is a very soft pillow that improved her sleep. Quality is awasome! She felt very happy with the pillow comfort as of suits all sleeping postures and helped her in releiving neck pain. The memory form works excellently. Now my mom can sleep peacefully at night without any cervical or neck pain. It provides rest to her neck because of its perfect firmness. I usually sleep in a side sleeper position. Not useful , I ordered it on suggestion of a doctor for my back pain , had pain in my neck on the very first day of using it , continue to use it for next 5 days was getting very sharp pain .The day I stopped using it next day my neck pain was gone .

i like the value, comfort, appearance, size and cooling effect of the body positioner. Absolute worst. Product came shrink wrapped and after 8 hours, would not form. Stay away. Also, looks nothing like what the pictures look like.
