Great item no taste better than gummies which taste disgusting, thises tables are large and some people might have trouble swallowing then however you can cut in half. I can feel the difference when weight training on three a day

Incredible. I started taking these 2 months ago, coming off creatine powder which I only took for a week due to really bad stomach issues and horrible taste. These are practically tasteless, and as someone with a sensitive stomach, don't have any effect in that regards. I initially wanted to do a loading phase, but taking 20 of these a day is a stretch lol, so just started taking 3 a day. After a couple weeks I noticed my muscles popping more in and out of the gym, and my strength relative to my gym bro (who was lifting more than me in practically every exercise) was catching up fast. After a month I could clearly tell the difference visually and in the gym, when lifting. My muscles were visually more round and full, and my muscle size and weight in the gym both increased by about 20%, which is insane considering I have been lifting for a year and a bit now, and this is the biggest weight increase I have ever seen. I started lifting more than my gym bro in a lot of exercises, even though he had been going for longer (he's not on creatine). Definitely would recommend this, no side effects, very thoroughly researched, clear results. Not buying this is like throwing free gains. Didn't even bloat me either, just ensure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day and you'll see gains within 10 days, honestly.

Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats. I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

Bought before great product

would give zero stars if i could, this is the worst creatine i have ever bought. it's kind of amazing how every tiny aspect of the product is just sub-par first, when you take the lid off (which has a plastic 'seal' around it - this comes off with the lid fully intact, it's sealing nothing) you're greeting with a strong, awful wood-smelling musky aroma... creatine is odourless, it's not supposed to smell like anything. if you're brave enough to actually put one of these in your mouth, it has a sour, noxious chemical like taste. i only took one and i had an awful aftertaste for at least 30 minutes afterwards - needless to say i didn't take any more after that. also if you think you're buying creatine, you're actually buying creatine AND 9 other ingredients, including talc and E numbers. why? other tablets aren't like this. also, these tablets are not pressed very well and it gives the impression that they are just made as cheaply as possible. in what i now realise to have been a mistake, i ordered two of these bottles, one of them was slightly scratched up and the other was very scratched up almost like it was a used bottle. do yourself a favour - give these tablets miss, spend the £2 more on ANY of the other creatine products on amazon. i don't want to put these tablets in my body, they have been sitting in my house for months since i bought them. i think i'll end up putting them in the bin.

One big problem here - the pills are massive! I am not a small person, but it is a real challenge to swallow these. They should be much smaller
