What does unsulphered mean

unsulphered means "of the finest quality". It is made from the juice of sun-ripened cane and the juice is clarified and concentrated. Molasses from the first boiling is the finest grade because only a small amount of sugar has been removed.

Do the new bottles still have 20% iron? Many reviews are saying it's only 8% of iron? If so Amazon has to change picture to new label.
