Well, it's meat but like most canned protein products it's taste isn't great. Definitely cook with beans or barley or something similar and go heavy on the seasoning.

Didn’t expect it to taste as good as it did. Very pleased. Only meat and salt are the ingredients so you really can’t go wrong with this brand. A bit pricy but very worth it for your stores.

These are small cans. Walmart has the big cans. Way over priced.

It’s a little dry for canned meat, but still tasty enough to cook with. There’s a small amount of fat and broth, and the rest is basically pure meat. I definitely wouldn’t call it bad, and I’ll buy it again. The salt level is just right for my taste, not too salty, and there are no spices. If you’re looking for real canned meat, this is it. Writing this review actually made me hungry, so I’m going to grab something to eat. Go for it, it’s good stuff. 4/5 from me, mainly because of the price and the meat being slightly dry.
