Nice looking double switch which doesn't require a neutral connection at the switch. Unlike some solutions, e.g. Shelly devices, don't need to install anything at the ceiling rose which makes installation easier. I powered up the switch and paired it with the Aqara hub before final installation, pairing failed the first time for some unknown reason, but worked on the second attempt. Switch immediately became visible in HomeAssistant (via Matter). I only use one of the switches to control the main ceiling light, the second switch is left unconnected but used (via HomeAssistant) to control the bedside lights. This is the second switch I've purchased, and am happy with the way they perform, so will probably replace most of the remaining "dumb" light switches with these devices.

I have 5 of these double switches in the house as well as a single one. I’ve had them for several years and they never let me down. They are controlled by Alexa. For years I used only the Aqara app on my iPhone to set them up. Now I use home assistant green and zigbee2mqtt.

I have seen so many YouTube videos praising Aqara devices. if you are looking to integrate this into Home Assistant, you cannot do it natively using the Zigbee add-on, none of the multi functions work, and the help on the Aqara website is pitiful. I tried doing this via HomeKit and the Aqara M2 hub and I ended up with clumps of hair being pulled out with how infuriatingly unintuitive it is. I then bought a sonoff USB Zigbee dongle which helped with the Home Assistant integrations. You must use Zigbee2mqtt and mosquito MQTT broker, but you also then have to go to the Home Assistant website and use blueprints to get the multi functions of the switches (light, mini etc). If you are just going to live within the Aqara system and just use your mobile phone in the native Aqara app. There are no issues. But if you are going to use Home Assistant be prepared for a steep learning curve if you are not tech savvy. I would *strongly* recommend that you watch a YouTube video of how to set up ZIGBEE2mqtt and then using blueprints in HA otherwise you will end up incredibly frustrated, because it really is not as straightforward as you think! Trust me, I know this, you don’t want this. I’ve had 30 years in the IT industry and it took me two days to figure this crap out.

Worked really well, best switch I could find on the market for what I wanted in home assistant. Regularly drops out of zigbee network. The real issue is one of these stopped working after about 4 years. That's really short time for a light switch that should have a lifespan of 10+ years.

Great smart switches for people that live in older houses without a neutral wire. Aqara are some on my favourite smart home products as they work exceptionally well with HomeKit. One thing I would say is that make sure your boxes are deep enough.

Now have all switches in my smart home converted to aqara with intergration into home assistant. While I use the aqara hub and matter intergration into home assistant I have also directly integrated these into home assistant and these have always been flawless

I ordered 3 of these Aqara Wall switches thanks in-part to their Homekit Support. The units themselves are great, and I love the functionality that they have while also being one of the few homekit supported smart switches out there; however... One unit failed one week after install.. And I couldn't get the others to work correctly with HomeKit. I wanted the switches to be mounted in the wall, but operating in the 'Wireless' mode that is advertised on the product page. Where I can link up the buttons to activate other automations, etc inside Apple Homekit without turning on the actual light that it is wired into. This functionality just isn't possible within Homekit itself. Aqara allows you to turn the switch into a Wireless Switch, where the buttons don't trigger the light switches connected to them. However, this 'Status' doesn't update in Homekit. Apple Homekit still sees the switch as a regular smart light switch. So any automations that you wish to create within Homekit just don't work in this mode. You have to use Aqara's own app, at which point I have decided to return the last two, and purchase the fully wireless Aqara switches which have full support of Homekit, and just place them next to my 'Dumb' Switches. While using smart bulbs.

The switch works perfectly both via my smart home apps (Aqara, Google home & Home Assistant) and looks great with a quality feel to it. The delivery was quick and directly to the door. Highly recommended!!

Se trata de un interruptor bonito estéticamente, su instalación es muy simple y lo puede hacer cualquiera, de hecho, ha sido mi primer cambio de interruptor y cero problemas, se necesita un hub Aqara y su conexión con Alexa es excelente, su tiempo de respuesta es inmediata tanto en Alexa, Aqara, por voz o por activación mecánica, compraré más interruptores de Aqara, lo único es que el click que suena al activar el interruptor es más sonoro que un interruptor normal, sin embargo, no es nada molesto para mí.

Çok kullanışlı. Akilli ampullerim vardı hiç gerek yokmuş. Akıllı ampullerle kullanabileceğimi düşünmüştüm fakat normal standart anahtar gibi elektriği tamamen kesiyor bu nedenle akıllı ampulun de bağlantısı kopuyor. Akilli ampulleri normal ampule çevirip diğerlerini başka odalarda değerlendirdim. Sadece ışık için değil aç kapa her türlü cihazda kullanılabilir. Örneğin pencere ve kapı panjurlarınızı tamamen açmak ya da tamamen kapamak için gibi. Ortası yok.

Funktioniert super im Altbau.

Fonctionne bien avec zigbee2mqtt et home assistant. Avantage : pas besoin de neutre.
