By mistake i ordered cr 2025 instead of cr 2032. Item was good but useless to me. I explained situation and requested for a return or replacement immediately. I was assured by customer service executive after profuse apology, a possible solution and a follow up call was scheduled next day. The call never came. A call stating it is not possible to return or replace would’ve been appreciated
