By mistake i ordered cr 2025 instead of cr 2032. Item was good but useless to me. I explained situation and requested for a return or replacement immediately. I was assured by customer service executive after profuse apology, a possible solution and a follow up call was scheduled next day. The call never came. A call stating it is not possible to return or replace would’ve been appreciated

Button cell
It is returned not for replacement. Item is good but the size won't suit in calculator cell ordered is big in size. It requires small button cell like i ordered Maxwell 1.5v cell but it should be 3v
