It really seems to work!
Took about 3 weeks to kick in but hot flushes have pretty much stopped. Was having several every evening but now just the occasional one maybe. Don’t normally do reviews but this has really helped. Good value for money too.

Excellent product
After two weeks of taking Sage the hot flushes disappeared and I am sleeping better. Highly recommended.

Great for Menopause
No taste at all which is a bonus. Stopped my hot flushes pretty much straight away! I sleep better thanks to these tiny tablets as I don't get so hot during the night. Will definitely be buying on a regular basis

Good quality
I couldn't take them long enough so cant say if they would have helped. They gave me nightmares. I did try again with them incase it wasnt the sage tablets but they did the same . I did Google sage and it can cause nightmares. Good price and well packaged just not for me.
