Has a strong odor, but if you take before eating they work best.. for me at least. Feeling more energy and as a 40 year old, master mechanic.. I should have started these vitamins 5 years ago. If your reading this.. these pills are worth the money.

I've been taking these vitamins for about a year now. Since then I have noticed that I don't bruise as easily and my fingernails are stronger and I'm taking fewer naps and sleeping better. Those are physical changes that I can directly link to these vitamins.

seems good but they shorted capsule got 29 out 30 in first bottle.

I read about these vitamins in an article for the Best Vitamins for Women 50 and over. This brand got 5 stars. The reviews were really good so I said I would try. I am not even through the first bottle and I already feel a difference… I’m not “dead” tired in the morning; I wake up before my alarm and have energy for the day…. I haven’t experienced this with other gummy vitamins. Would definitely recommend!
