Well with great anticipation I received my tongue ball and seem to be well made with nice packaging just one thing wrong it doesn’t work poor direction doesn’t help but I fooled with it for 3 hours and nothing wind it up and no matter what you do it unwinds in about a minute and I really wisher it had it would have just what I needed this one is one of the highest rated so give up on torque balls I’m beginning to smell a hoax save your money try something else besides a torque ball I don’t think any more worth a damn

This powerful Gyro Ball is not only fun, but strengthens your hands and forearms. I am 79 years old and use it while walking, watching tv, on my stationary bike and practically anywhere, The Gyro ball has a low sound that doesn't disturb anyone. It doesn't take long to get it going, just have a little patience and read the directions for help! And Voila...You begin moving a powerful ball that gives you additional power and strength! Good especially for those who need more mobility in their wrists and arms.

I love this thing it’s just how I remember them being. It’s his one is even better because of the installed mechanism that’s lets you start it easier instead of getting a cord or rolling on something flat. I’m not sure about the forearm workout but your hands will be tough for grip and stronger because of this one little exercise.

The Gyro Ball looks great and has a good weight to it. The description is misleading, it is NOT "All-Metal". The ball is metal and the shell is a polycarbonate plastic. The wind up function works well and makes for starting the gyro action really easy to use. Only thing that would make this better is an digital screen to see how fast you can get it to spin. Quite fun and I plan on sharing with my coworkers.

Bought this for my father who has Parkinson’s to attempt to help with hand strength and coordination. He has difficulty winding the ball, which is not a problem with the device, but it doesn’t seem to spin very long fully wound. It also doesn’t seem to spin with enough force to be helpful. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Exactly what I expected. A metal version of these, in the classic size and shape. Notably more torque than my old plastic balls. Slightly deeper, quieter tone. Theres a convenient wind-up self start as well. You can exercise from fingers to shoulder by adjusting your grip. Lock your wrist/forearm/elbow in place and feel the force shift up into different muscle groups.

Self wind mechanism stopped working outside of the return period. Really loved it when it was usable. Will not buy again as I can’t afford $35 every month or so just to have a working product.
