Excellent product.
A gift for my niece who absolutely loves them. She gave away all her other baking dishes that size, and said it was a breeze to clean up.

Staub is great, shipping was disastrous
The Staub dishes themselves were beautiful, however at some point along the way the first box i ordered must have been dropped or handled VERY poorly because the dishes were broken. I did a replacement and the second box that arrived looked like it had rolled around in a cement truck (broken box, barely taped, no package filling for fragile item). Needless to say, the replacements were all also shattered. Got a refund and will try again. Third times the charm?
