These are definitely value for money not so easy to swallow because you have to take three of them and the size of them isn’t small. I think they’re 00. However, their pros outweigh their cons they remove almost toxics and heavy metals from the body and flushes system. There’s no taste to them. It’s charcoal.

Does the job

This is such a good product and is priced reasonably. I use them particularly when I have a stomach ache or feel gassy. Great for all the family to use as they are non toxic. Every home should have activated charcoal for tummy emergencies in adults and children.

I think this is a must-have in every household, but... I took it to the next level and bought one for my brother, too — he is always struggles with travel-related diarhea and food poisoning. Honestly, I think he needs it more than I do! 😄 No side effects, trusted by my parents and grandparents, and even safe for kids.
