I've been very happy with this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, well packaged, and the NSF certification gives extra confidence in the product's quality. Having read some of these reviews I’m annoyed seeing people write “it’s a scam” over innocently explained things, I felt compelled to write my own based on my own medical training. Many customers on here are complaining that the product “states 1000mg but the capsules are 500mg” - this is because each capsule is maximum legal size. There does not exist a capsule big enough to contain 1000mg of this powder without posing a serious choking hazard. Capsule sizes range from 000-5 (000, 00, 0,1, 2, 3, 4, 5) these are a 000 (5 is the smallest, 000 the biggest) as it is. Add anymore and you’ll be complaining you can’t swallow it (and they can be hard to swallow, I’ve always struggled past size 1) If they chose to use a smaller capsule you’d be told to take 4 or 8. It’s about the mg not the number of pills. For convenience sake, they use size 000 so you only have to take 2 for a full 1000mg dose. There are 120 capsules, equating to 60 days of 1000mg or 120 days of 500. Your choice. I find it best to start low and work your way up. Unlike so many other brands this isn’t a large plastic container that looks big enough to hold 200 and has a small amount which looks like it’s been emptied, where you could fit four bottles in one. The package is brimming with them the moment you open the seal. Packed to the top. If the seal has been tampered, punctured or damaged in some way - do not take them, contact Amazon immediately. Official advice is “Take 2 Capsules per day as a food supplement, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare professional” Yes - they appear vegan friendly, the capsule is a “vegetable capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose)” and a few bulking agents. This product is intended for healthy adults, 18 or over. Do not take it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. (Bioavailability means it’ll be in blood and that stuff just gets everywhere, depositing substances as it comes and goes) If you have a health condition or are on medication then by all means contact your GP or a pharmacist, but I’m not aware of any interactions between these and other prescribed medications. Glutathione is after all, the bodies main antioxidant. I cannot speak to its efficacy, I take it on and off when my liver needs a quick boost, it’s more an anti poison for me, I couldn’t give a toss about my skin. This is not liposomal, and if you want to see whether this in indeed more bioavailable then I strongly suggest researching the product and looking for research papers (brand name, product, research, Google). Check them for any bias, sample size, results and the method of study. All products like this have to have a paper like this published to prove they’re safe to sell. Liposomal Glutathione is a common supplement you’ll have seen lots of ads for on here, many companies do cheap out im afraid and add liposomes, just empty ones. As well as glutathione powder. This reduces its bioavailability wildly so be careful what you’re buying. This is NOT liposomal, it’s a different method. (A liposome is a tiny, microscopic droplet of oil which can have substances inserted - studies have shown it’s benefits in everything from supplements to real prescribed drugs) As I have mentioned, these are size 000 capsules so if you have a hard time swallowing meds like me, Google the different capsule sizes, width and length and draw one on a post-it or something. See if you think you could swallow it and if not, look for another form of Liposomal Glutathione (gel capsules, liquid forms) Each have advantages and disadvantages but when you’ve found your brand - you’ll stick with it. Liquid tends to (taste awful) and go off. I will stick at these for a month and update if there is anything else I need to note, side effects or benefits. But you know what you’re getting here. The sales pitch is good, the reviews are good and I have no reason to give this anything other than 5 stars, it’s exactly what I paid for. The box is full (for once with a supplement) and I expected the size 000 - it’s super common with supplements. It gets my provisional thumbs up.

I'm satisfied with the product. It makes your skin healthy and glowy. It's the best antioxidant. Good for your skin and overall health. I will be happy to use this product again.

I've been taking this for over a year now. I work nights shifts and believe Glutathione helps with my energy levels and recovery.

Appears good quality with high dosage, 1000mg per pill. Has taken it for more than 2 weeks and unsure if it has make a difference? So, hard to to say if there are any health benefits for now? Will continue taking it and see how it pans out. On the packaging, it says will get another pack for free on the link and then an apology that they will give 10% off on the next order? Otherwise, expensive in comparison to other brands.

Seems to give me a energy boost

My face blemishes and fine lines are starting to disappear. Also has improved my energy level , so best to take it first thing in the morning . Also reading up on this supplement it is a powerful antioxidant which protects the immune system . So I am now going to use it as part of my well being regiment. I have been using it for a month, so let’s see what other improvements it will do.
