What is the cleaning solution made of? Is it some proprietary mixture or is it something obtainable like diluted rubbing alcohol?

It smelled like rubbing alcohol. The packages looked like it sat in someone’s basement for 10 years. When I put it in, it got stuck and I had to take apart the vcr to get it out. I sent it back!
