Keeps my bedroom cool

I've only had it in for 2 weeks now and it's working well that I can see I'm not having any problems I do have a 3-year warranty on it though!!! If you don't like a loud air conditioner I've got to say you may not like this one loud noises don't bother me. This one is loud when it goes into it's a cool mode so I'm not sure if this would be right for everybody continue my review after I've had it for a while!

della airconditioner really cools fast and has eco mode very good, cause when on eco mode, it saves electricity. I use eco mode when I sleep it turns off after the area is cooled then kicks back on for a very short time and is very comfortable I have tried thers and this is the best for the money highly recommend, also can turn off the blue led lights so I can sleep.

I got the 10k btu. It has so many good features, it’s pretty quiet and was powerful enough to cool down the living room and kitchen 4 degrees during the June heatwave in less than 30 minutes. After running it for several hours I got cold (still during the heatwave) and had to turn it down so I’d definitely buy another one again.

I purchased this AC last year in April 2024 I saw it I was getting a good unit first of all it came in with a dent on top second it only lasted until yesterday and it went up complete digital cutout will not come on I unplugged it let it stay unplugged for about 2 hours it did not freeze up it was 90° outside I had it on a comfortable 72 degrees in my house it didn't freeze and it was comfortable in my house had it on economical or economy whatever you want to call it but doesn't matter now no I'm a single female on disability and now I have nothing that unit did my complete apartment with a few oscillating fans and a curtain blocking off a doorway to the kitchen! But now I don't have nothing it hotter than Hades in my house what am I going to do I don't have the money for another year in it everything is going up I can't afford to get another one I don't think is fair that I should have to purchase another one after only using it last summer and part of this summer and it was cleaned this summer before it was even turned on and it was not taking out the window but it was covered up on both sides the front and the back and then I paid a professional service to come and clean that unit and they said well ma'am you did a great job covering it up because I bought cover of AC cover for it and I had my son-in-law cover it up put it around it and not only that there's an awning that's over top of where the AC is in the window so that's actually a good thing so I don't know what to do I'm at what's end here I need another AC unit and I don't know what to do but I wouldn't suggest for nobody to buy this unit if you want something to last for years don't get this unit

Bought 4 to replace old window units. Got two 14k btu and two 10k btu. Installed on second and third floor of house. Huge difference in temp almost immediately after got them all running. My other units barely pushed air and with these can feel the air from across the room. Very satisfied with the app functionality as well and can control all units at same time. Only concern was the bigger units had to be almost perfectly level or it vibrated and caused a loud noise. After some adjustments and leveling it’s running good. I can’t wait until they make a 240v unit to replace my main floor a/c!

This cools down our whole house! Super convenient with the remote, I have never used the WiFi feature but I think it's a cool idea!
