Dont purchase!
The product is very good, but there is no after-sales service in India. I have been running around everywhere to search for spare parts to get it repaired. they don't have any customer service, and you basically can't get this product fixed. plus, the price has increased to more than double within a year's time... It's just not worth the stress.

Affordable IEM.
We have used these for about 30 gigs and they are a game changer for me playing bass and never being close enough to the limited floor monitors on stage...

Great sound quality, long battery life at a bargain price!
I am a professional musician and perform in shows at a theater as a steady gig (plus additional freelance work) and have used this Xvive U4 as my in-ear system for a few years now. This is my second set. I purchased the second set of these as a back-up (which I have never needed) and because the original one that I was using developed a loose and scratchy volume/gain knob. Please understand that this only happened after using these on a daily basis for a couple of years. The original still works fine, but I find that the volume control moves too easily. The new ones that I bought to replace the original does not have this issue, but then again....it is new as of a couple of months ago. They have great quality with NO hiss or background interference...easily powers my in-ears with plenty of gain remaining if I ever needed it. Find a clear channel and you are good to go!! Other in-ear monitors cost far more and do not offer any better quality than these. I have been VERY HAPPY with this purchase and have recommended this model to other musicians.

XVive T-9: Excellent IEM's if you can spend the money
Why did you pick this product vs others?: These iem's are fantastic. sound quality is excellent and volume is really loud. I am using these for in ears, from the output of mixer with music and electronic drums. Before this i purchased the shure SE215's which i bought cuz i figured the shure branch would build a decent product. but the SE215's were horrible.
