Does anyone know of an eco dishwashing powder that works well and also doesn't have plastic packaging & wrapping? Plastic doesn't degrade! boo

I think the OP was talking about the exterior packaging. That appears to be plastic. I also am on the search for a dishwasher soap that does not come in ANY plastic at all. While it is some progress to have the pods now encased in the dissolvable film, the actual greater package is still a problem. Hope the mfgr sees this post!

Everytime I use this, it leaves soap residue in the dishwasher. Anyone else? Is there a fix for this?

Would Puracy be safe for a grey water system?

Although it says it is grey water safe, there is a lot of sodium in the ingredients list. My understanding is that this will, over time, kill any plants that are being watered by your grey water system. Sodium builds up in the soil. It won't kill anything over night, but it will stunt growth and then eventually kill your plants. I haven't been able to find a soap for dishwashing machines that is fully plant safe.
