Can i contact amazon to let them know these gingersnaps were not as pictured and arrived as crumbs rather than cookies?

Cookies arrived in small broken pieces. Cannot serve to guests. Last can we ordered cookies were wrapped and separated with a plastic devider. These delicious treats taste wonderful.

Are these returnable if all crumbs

No, mine were delivered all crumbs but all links at amazon said not eligible for return or refund. I called amazon CS and got a refund because this item was advertised as packed in an impact resistant inner carton with several stack of cookies individually wrapped. I had ordered 2 others for family gifts and th ef irs came packed correctly. Mine did not! It was all different sellers, which you do have the option of choosing, and may be determined by destination, but the one in CA and Fl went fine. Mine to VA was an epic fail. Thx to amazon for having a heart!

what are the dimensions of the tin please?

About 8 inches round and 3 inches high. Be careful tho--the tin I ordered all the cookies were crumbled up terribly. I wrote them about it but never got an answer. I would not order again.
