It states 12% is vitamins. I'm not sure if that is just vitamin C. Hope this helps a little.

What color is the serum supposed to be right out of the tube? What I got is a bright, transparent yellow color.

Why is my face drying? How long before the serum to work?

U may be using a cleanser that is 2 drying or washing to much. It takes most swarms about 2. Weeks to really work. If u have dry skin just rinse in morning.
