A good alternative to some other natural sleep aids
I was not sure what to expect for this product. I've used Valerian Root and an herbal supplement to help me sleep and that works most of the time. But I was interested in trying something new and had read a few articles about the same results from Hops Flowers. I was pleasantly surprised. They worked the first night I took them and worked as promised. I got a full night's sleep without the occasional waking up in the middle of the night. If you have trouble sleeping and want something natural that does not make you feel tired in the morning, these are definitely worth a try. What makes these even better is they are cheaper than the Valerian root as well.

Relieves the Stress! Enjoy!
I bought this on Amazon because the Swanson Vitamin Company was out of stock on it unfortunately. So hopefully I got the "real deal" as they say. It seems to help me RELAX during those stressful moments in life thankfully. It's nice to have a little extra something to help me get through the stress of day to day life....when I need it of course. If you can deal with stress without using it then that's great too! Either way, enjoy!

Cost effective, efficent and healthy herbal products from Natures Way
Quailty dried botanical encapsulation, with a dose that requires one cap vs two. Other good lines like organika or swiss put half the amount of herb per cap which means the person ends up taking more capsules to get the same dose. This means that Natures Way is more cost effective, plus you need to swallow less pills at the end of the day

Excellent sleeping solution when combined with other supplements
It's often hard to gauge the effectiveness of some supplements but in this case I can state with confidence that the product works as its part of the solution I use to help me sleep when needed.Combined with GABA, P-5-P, Bis-Glycinate (Magnesium), and an occasional Melatonin these allow me to get a good night’s rest without chemical drugs and all the side effects that come with them that the white coats like to prescribe.
