Product Description: The kit consists of a form-fitting camera cage with top handle, a riser block, and an LWS 15mm rod baseplate. All of the kit components are machined from aluminum for strength and durability. The cage leaves access open to vital video recording functions and ports, including the multi-interface shoe. 1/4"-20 threaded holes along the top and sides of the cage are provided for attaching camera accessories. The top of the cage features a removable top handle, providing a convenient means of carrying your carry rig, while providing additional threaded accessory holes and an integrated cold shoe. A second cold shoe is found on top of the camera grip-side of the cage. At the bottom of the cage is a rail for sliding on/off the included riser block. The riser block attaches the camera to the LWS 15mm rod support baseplate, while elevating the camera to the proper lens height for use with optional rod-based accessories such as a matte box or follow focus.
