More fiber than chia seeds. I need fiber but choke (Dysphagia) when I take fiber capsules or powders. The dentist has nixed gummies. I’ve always loved chia seeds from the time I was a small child. I’ve made drinks and puddings with it. It has also been added to other dishes too like salads and omelettes. I order this product often and regularly.

Too dry and brittle for palatable raw consumption. They may work fine for tea or other uses, but not good for raw consumption. I have begun supplementing whole fennel seeds for GI health, eating 1 tsp before and after each meal. I bought 4 different brands and these were a fail. Tribal Trail however was a winner - fresh, raw tasting seeds!

Carry a very minty flavor

I really wanted to like this golden milk powder because the ingredient list looked great, but unfortunately the taste was a huge disappointment for me. It had a very strong, overpowering flavor that I just couldn’t enjoy. I tried preparing it as directed, but I couldn’t even finish a single cup.The product may work well for people who already enjoy bold turmeric drinks, but if you’re expecting a smoother or creamier golden milk flavor, you may be disappointed. While the quality of the ingredients seems good, the taste alone would keep me from purchasing it again.

The first time I purchased this product I absolutely loved it. I saw an improvement in my skin and even had hair growth. When I purchased the second bag, my stomach hurts so bad. I was so confused because the first bag helped me so much. I thought maybe I got a defective bag. So I went ahead and purchased a third one into my dismay. It also hurt my stomach so bad. I only took half a teaspoon and I was in an immense amount of pain. It’s to the point where I was contemplating getting the substance tested to see if there was something in it. There are no refunds. I just lost out on my money. It’s very disappointing.

The quality may be good, but the taste was just too strong for me. I had a hard time drinking it, even when mixed into smoothies. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing it again because I couldn’t get past the flavor.

Bargain pricy

While this Amla powder is chock full of goodness, it doesn't dissolve well in either hot or cold liquids. Amla powder might best be taken in capsule form, but as this is organic, raw Amla powder, its nutrient content is not lessened by over-producing.

Nice strong taste

Well-made, well-packaged, clean seeds. Mix with water, leave in the fridge, eat two teaspoons 2 a day, before meals, to control sugar spikes. Good size package for the money; will be back. This is in place of Chia seeds, Basil seeds have more nutrients.

I absolutely love the taste of this. It’s a very unique flavour and goes well in tea. I haven’t used it for anything else yet but I’m sure I will. The pods themselves seem very fresh and very well packaged. I can’t speak for any health benefits yet because I haven’t used them long enough to notice any. The flavour alone make them worth using and any health benefits is a bonus.
