HANDPICK USDA Organic Amla Powder (14oz) Indian Gooseberry Amalaki Powder

Years ago, I used this for baking and chai, but the spicy "zing" was entirely lacking. Flat. I switched to a well respected, small business manufacturer and was beyond satisfied... Until I wasn't. The last packet was clumped, wet, and long past the expiration date. So, due to the insane expense of quality, reliable (safe!) ginger, decided to take the risk and give the Handpick/Vahdam ginger another try. It's excellent! Not certain if this is a one-time-excellent batch, but for the time being, I can simply enjoy, reap the benefits of - and savor the essential kick that's necessary in my daily masala chai! As for baking, I can guarantee that this batch would be the perfect addition to your homemade "Pumpkin Pie Spice" mix. The texture is neither gritty, nor soft. It's just right. After measuring individually, I simply mix my Pumpkin Pie Spice: Combine the ground ginger, nutmeg, Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, cardamom (allspice, if I'm lucky), and pour them into my McCormick spice shaker, and store in a dark cabinet or the fridge. The ginger is spicy, and versatile, and my homemade Spice Mix is at the ready for chai, desserts, even homemade whipped cream or coffee creamer. Enjoy!!

Love these, very aromatic and full flavor. After using in coffee or other drinks, I put in potpourri to get more use …. Lasts longer.

They swell up quickly after soaking and have a nice texture without affecting the flavor of my drinks. The seeds seem fresh and clean and I appreciate that they come in a resealable bag to keep them fresh. I bought these to increase my fiber intake and support digestion and so far I’ve been very happy with the quality. The bag is a great value for the price and lasts a long time since you only need a small amount per serving. Overall, if you’re looking for high-quality basil seeds for fiber or as a chia seed alternative, I would definitely recommend giving these a try!

I use fenugreek for its medicinal properties and THIS is HANDS DOWN the best I’ve had so far. I use it in my coffee along with a single pack of Splenda and some non dairy powdered hazelnut creamer for a sweet treat that doesn’t spike my glucose..and as a result I have come completely off my daily 33 units of PAINFUL INJECTIONS of insulin DAILY. 🙌 This spice totally helps regulate blood sugar…not to mention helps store a little extra wood for the fire 🔥 (If you know what I mean) It… along with a low carb high protein Diet at 66 years old has completely changed my life for the better. The texture is MUCH smoother than most other brands..and the color is much darker than others brands which I’m thinking is why the flavor is so much more pronounced not to mention it doesn’t clump up when you add it to hot brewed drinks or smoothies. This is my first time working with Arrowroot powder. I am blending it into makeup and it blends wonderfully so far. It came nicely packaged and sealed with no mess and is resealable. I didn’t need too much and this was a great, clean and affordable solution

Does exactly what it's suppose to do, no complaints. Mixes in well, not hard or clumsy. I would buy it again.

Nice strong taste

Well-made, well-packaged, clean seeds. Mix with water, leave in the fridge, eat two teaspoons 2 a day, before meals, to control sugar spikes. Good size package for the money; will be back. This is in place of Chia seeds, Basil seeds have more nutrients.

I absolutely love the taste of this. It’s a very unique flavour and goes well in tea. I haven’t used it for anything else yet but I’m sure I will. The pods themselves seem very fresh and very well packaged. I can’t speak for any health benefits yet because I haven’t used them long enough to notice any. The flavour alone make them worth using and any health benefits is a bonus.
