Sometimes they come up a bit dry. They are expensive. Overall though they are a good store cupboard quick snack and mix well with other salad veg.

really enjoying these. ready cooked lentils to eat hot or cold. reheat in minutes. good base flavour. not mushy but not hard either. handy to have the six pack which comes in a display box/stand. Quite pricey but worth it as the packet is generous.
