Can i use that switch for a iscsi san with my storage?

Yes you can. I am currently using the 10GbE with a DAC Cable to this switch and the other end is hooked up to my QNAP NAS (9014 Jumbo packets, on a VLAN getting transfer rates around 520MB/s over iSCSI)

will I be able to connect to this and see devices on it via fiber direct back to my pc or are the fiber ports only for switch interconnect?

I was able to connect my laptop to one of the 1G copper interfaces, and communicate with a server that I had connected via fiber and 10G SFP+. In my case, it treated the connection through the SFP slot like any other connection.
