Squier Affinity Series Precision Bass Pack, Black, Maple Fingerboard, with Gig Bag and Rumble 15 Amp

This is a Swiss Army knife of basses. It literally can do pretty much anything style of music you prefer. I used to own a Fender P-bass and wanted to get back into playing. Squire is made by Fender and it seems to be just as solid as my old guitar for a fraction of the price AND comes with the amp! The amp is really good for its size and portability. I did replace the strap. It was a little bit small for my height and where I like to play the instrument. Great

I'm a complete beginner...never played bass before. I was afraid i might be getting a cheap instrument to start with, but I was so pleasantly surprised at what a nice bass this really is! It's a good quality bass that really sounds great! I was also afraid the amp that comes with it would be a real cheapo...but it's a really nice sounding amp! The kit also came with a coupon for 3 months of free bass lessons online at Fender.com, so I've really been enjoying learning how to play. I'm coming up on 30 days of lessons and still so happy to be learning and so glad I chose to buy this bass! My only complaint was that the strap that comes with the bass was not a very good one, so I bought a better one but, other than that, I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Great bass overall only ding I have is the amp cord is garbage and I would recommend you take it to a music store to get the bass setup. If anyone who doesn’t know what that is the store will adjust the truss rod, adjust the string’s height to the fret, etc. also I recommend of getting a quality case especially people who live in high humidity areas because the neck will warp. But overall a great guitar for the money.

Wonderful value for the money. So happy Fender arranged a license to make these guitars. My Relief bolt needed to be loosened on arrival so set up was more difficult than expected. Bridge nuts and Allen wrench wore a bit but my hardened steel tool set got the job done. 1 Phono cable connector was a bit weak but still works. A coiled style 90' cable I already had worked better on the couch. I'm already learning slap technique and having a lot of fun. "Thank you for letting me be myself!" 😄 Amp is awesome. Packaging was great!

Beginner bassist and needed a nice quality bass to learn on. This bass came with a few accessories so for the price, you couldn’t beat it. The sound quality of the amp is great for a beginner!

Great beginner guitar, fret board easy to play. I purchased a Fender thumb stop and attached it to the guitar.

I wanted to learn how to play the bass guitar while my son learns how to play the guitar. I love this bass guitar, great quality and sounds awesome! Comes with everything I need to get going, even 3 months of Fender Play for free!!

I've had a fender acoustic bass and a fender fretless jazz bass that I sold 10 yrs ago. This squire bass was purchased so I could get back into playing. It plays as easily and sounds just as good as they did. The volume and tone controls are not as good a quality as my other guitars but for the price it is not bad. The guitar comes already strung with bronze strings and besides the guitar, the kit contains a Fender Rumble 15 amp, cable, strap and gig bag. The strap could be a bit longer for me but still works well. The cable is average quality. Overall a good kit for the price and if you want to learn bass or play with friends.

bought this to learn bass and it a full kit.. Well sorta. Mine didnt come with the cable and strap as indicated but I had straps and cables from my guitars.. The amp is tiny but mighty and I will be upgrading later on, but for the price on a complete package its a great deal!

Me gustó que viene muy completo el paquete y puedes empezar a tocar y estudiar desde que lo recibes. No me gustó que tiene detallitos en el acabado, y que para ser nuevo tuve que llevarlo a mantenimiento al poco tiempo de uso pues empezó a hacer ruido el control del tono, además de que tuve que ajustar la acción del brazo pues estaba muy alta e incómoda. Es una buena compra en relación precio/producto
