Breast feeding must.
If you are breast feeding and struggle at all with milk supply you NEED to try this supplement. I have used with both of my babies and if for some reason I stop for a few days I can absolutely notice a drop in my supply. They don’t taste like anything, a moderate sized pill easy to swallow. I recommend to all of my friends who are breast feeding.

I got these to help increase testosterone overall. I've been taking it for some time and it has raised my levels along with all of the other stuff I'm taking. overall its a good value for price. Easy to swallow the serving size, and seem to be good quality.

Fenugreek Helpful in My Health
I have been taking this specific product for about 3 years, one Fenugreek capsule before my two main meals each day, with at least 8 ounces of liquid. This means one bottle lasts me for 6 months. I use the Fenugreek as part of what I do every day to maintain a healthy blood sugar control range. I have never had any side effects. This specific product works for me. I will never stop taking it.
