Sounds great. The only reason I got this because my tower is in a closet. I have three Display Ports and an eight port USB extension connected with a long USB cord to the computer in the closet. All I have on my desk is a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse which connects just fine, 10 USB ports, and three monitors. My USB ports really work, even with a 15-foot extension cords that runs under the door to the closet. Nice setup, if I say so. Therefore, imagine that I cannot connect my analog headphones (Sony MDR-M1 Professional Reference Closed Monitor Headphones also purchased on Amazon - B0DD8SHVZL) to the computer. I use this device to plug in my headphones and works great. No issues yet.

An invaluable accessory for newer computers that don't provide a 3.5mm Audio Out port, or in my case a new PC that didn't provide a 3.5mm Audio Port on the rear of the PC where I needed it to be. This item works perfectly.

This is great usb sound connection device for 3.5mm male plug wired headphones or a sound bar device. The usb male connects to your tv and the previously mentioned listening device(s) with 3.5mm connectors plug into the other end of this connector.So easy to use! I highly recommend this product and seller to all.

This does what I need and does it well. There is one small deficiency, in my opinion, and one weirdness that I don't think is the adapter's issue. The deficiency is that the device only supports 16 bit sound. The page doesn't claim otherwise except that one of the images specifies 24 bit sound. Nowhere in the description is that stated. Now, 16 bit sound is great and sound from this adapter is great - no problem there. I do think (or imagine) I can hear a slight difference in dynamism on another device that supports both bit depths. The weirdness is that on starting up in Windows 11 after a shutdown, sound comes through the adapter incredibly loud. If I unplug the adapter and replug, everything is normal. If I choose restart, there is also no problem. That constellation makes me think it's something in Windows (which doesn't fully shut down in shutdown, so it can start up more quickly). I'm going to keep an eye on it.

Worked like a charm in connecting my Spotify account within my car which does not have carplay.

My laptop's 3.5mm jack was busted recently so I got this. It "works" in the sense that I can plug my studio monitors into this thing and restore the sound I lost when my jack died. Unfortunately, the signal quality this adapter delivers is not great. I was getting these annoying pitch and volume fluctuations at first. Turned the gain on my monitors down a bunch from their setting before I lost the jack and it mostly solved the issue, but since I perform live EDM shows with this laptop, it's gonna be a huge hassle to adjust venue audio setups if I perform with this adapter, so I'm going to look for a better quality option.Fine as a quick fix for home use, but get something better otherwise.
