I was a bit sceptical- 1) because how much cheaper this item was. 2) some of the reviews about water pressure. Well ---- it's so good! So easy to Install and my water tastes completely different. It's like having bottled water straight from the tap. Also the pressure gas changed but not so much its an issue. If anything the pressure was high before and I'd rather cleaner water for a normal pressure. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional customer service! I've contacted the customer service a year after my purchase and they solved my query to higher standard that I'd expect. They were polite, timely and even sent follow up when I didn't reply to make sure I have best service. As to water filter- I'm happy with the output, similar to Brittany but minus the jug and needing to remember to buy cartridges. I recommend them to friends and family

It doesn't purify the water. The tea and coffee I made were cloudy, so I decided to check the water quality and found that it didn't help at all.

Great customer service from Sarah when I had a small problem with the hoses. She sorted it out promptly. Thank you Sarah. I live in a very hard water area and the very easy to install filter certainly makes all the difference to the quality of the drinking water and also helps reduce the amount of limescale in the kettle. I'm very happy with this filter in use and there is no noticeable difference in water pressure from the tap.

The Waterdrop under sink filter system is perfect for kitchen and bathroom. I purchased this product last year (october) and the water is still clean and tastes very good. Easy installation and you too will taste the difference in your water.
