Cholesterol readings were lowered!
I purchased these for the possible help in weight loss. Not a miracle pill for weight loss, but with the improved cholesterol levels, I will continue to take daily.

It works
I’ve been taking this 30 minutes before I eat and I feel full before I eat. The other day I had a shake and a half sandwich and struggle to finish the sandwich. I will say that the full feel feels different than being full from eating. It’s hard to explain. But I like this product a lot.

STAY AWAY !!!
I was SUPER excited to try this product in hopes of assisting me with appetite control. First off I am a stickler when it comes to trying new, natural alternatives to weight loss. I have struggled with weight loss since I became a mother and have tried countless methods, keto.. dieting... lifestyle change, etc... and nothing has helped much in the long term. Anyhow, I was super excited to try this because I have tried PLENTI prescription pills in the past but had to stop them because they caused me to be super bloated and gassy which was overall miserable... ENOUGH about my history, the first dose I took I decided to take it at night .. the next morning I woke up feeling like I needed to have a bowel movement( sorry if too much TMI), thought this was expected due to it being a source of fiber... boy was I WRONG! I was sick with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills all day! I could not hold any food or liquids down! I thought I was going to have to go to the ER! I literally felt like I was about to meet Jesus lol.. WARNING from a real life bad experience!!! I will never ever buy supplements off AMAZON again!

Bought these because I heard they suppress appetite which didn’t happen for me. Also the pill leaves a very odd offputting taste in your mouth even if you take immediately with water. Hated it so much I eventually just stopped taking it as I dreaded the weird flavor. (Didn’t chew it of course just putting in your mouth to swallow it left a weird flavor) ultimately I didn’t notice a difference and gave the pills to a family member. Will update if she feels differently than me.

Non-GMO makes me Happy!!
This blend is great! I feel full and healthier now that I use it daily. I like to take it with a big meal, usually dinner.
