They work! Yes!!
These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so Iโm willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! Iโm determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. Itโsโ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! Iโm sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuliโs are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. Iโll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too.

Best Heel Cup I've Found Yet - and some info for sufferers
Bought these after seeing that many people on the extremely informative "heelspurs" web site rated them highly. I already had a pair of the Tuli regular heel cups (not heavy duty) and they were quite good, so I thought I'd try these. After my husband saw mine, he had me order a pair (although large size) for him, which I did. They are indeed heavier duty than the regulars, and now my favorite pair. I put them in the good-fitting athletic shoes I bought and they make walking a lot better. (Make sure you try on many shoes - your shoe size changes as you age! Also buy a shoe that flexes and isn't too rigid. I bought some that had a nice padding throughout and they are the most comfortable I have, especially with the Tuli's in there.) I've got every day heel pain that gets worse the longer I walk or stand on the bad heel, and these cups definitely help mask the discomfort. I think they are actually cushioning the blow and therefore helping my plantar faciitis, but even if all they are doing is making it less painful for me to walk, they are certainly worth the money I paid for them. My husband just had me order a pair for him. I would recommend to everyone that they go to a physical therapist at least a few times to see what exercises are helpful and then do those exercises every day. I do a lot of stretching(feet, toes and surprisingly, shins) and this has helped me to reduce my pain by about half in 6 weeks. The exercises are not painful or terribly time-consuming, but I believe you MUST do more than roll your foot on a tennis ball. The heelspurs site is great or you can google other sites to learn about exercises. I also ice the heel twice a day, and in the beginning took a lot of Ibuprophen. I try to do at least a few minutes of stretching when I first get up so as not to further increase my injured ligaments, and a few before I take the dog for a walk. Also helpful was to find out if I needed a separate arch support. I tried one but it was more painful when I used it than when I didn't, so I stopped using it. I also found that lying on the bed after exercise and heel icing helped, as did not walking barefoot. In any case, the extra duty Tuli cups are certainly a start so I recommend them. I have 3 other pairs of heel cups but these are my favorite, as they seem to provide the best cushioning. The price is also quite reasonable, and the company that shipped mine did so very quickly.

Very good heel support.
Great product & very good cushioning. Allow extra room in shoes as they are thick.

TULI's Heavy Duty Heel Cups RELIEVING PLANTAR FASCIITIS Pain!
These heel cups are fantastic. Fit easily into my tennis shoes and are making ALL THE DIFFERENCE. For the most part, my heel pain is gone while using these. Optimistic that they are improving the Plantar Fasciitis and intend to keep using them. Great product!!

Perfect for Severs Disease
Not a paid review. Product works, plain and simple. My 10yo has severs and itโs extremely painful for him. He still has to wear shoes with good cushion but when paired with these heel cups, he feels almost no pain. Basketball practice 3 days a week and 4+ games on the weekends and these are still working. Heโs been wearing them for 2 weeks now and they are holding up great.

Tape it to your bare heel
Great cushioning. Cup shape is very helpful. However, it does not stay put in the shoe. After a few steps it shifts to the side. My solution: use kinesio tape to secure it to your bare heel, slip your sock over it, and then put on your shoe. Voila.

Comodidad

It works
Works really well. I've been experiencing sharp stabbing heel pain when pressure/weight is applied (I suspect caused by plantar fasciitis) and this helps cushion the heel pad. Now I can walk all day with a lot less pain than before. Easy to slip into any shoes and doesnt stays in place throughout the day. Buy based on weight! If you're plus size, go for the bigger size.
