Delivered on time in excellent condition. Easy to take dissolved very quickly in a glass of water with no residue. Pleasant taste, not overpowering. Have only been taking them for a week now, noticed my energy level throughout the day is a little improved and I feel more hydrated. Too early to tell if there will be any longer term benefits but I am very happy with the result so far.

Love this one, tastes great and unlike some, it also dissolves well in water with no chalky residue. Good value if you buy the right flavour!

I got the berry flavour and I actually find it very pleasant. I needed to hydrate better in the mornings before coffee, and in the evening after working out during the day. I am feeling better for it. I am drinking a bottle right now! I recommend.

I originally bought these to take on a stag do, hoping they'd help with hydration after a few drinks. While I can't say they're a miracle cure, I definitely felt better the following morning, so I'd call that a success. The berry flavour isn't my favourite and could definitely be improved, but it's easy enough to drink when you know you're getting the benefits. They dissolve quickly, are convenient to carry around, and are a handy way to top up your electrolytes. Whether you're using them after exercise, travelling, or recovering from a heavy night out, they do exactly what they're supposed to. For me, the benefits easily outweigh the average taste. Overall, a useful product to keep on hand. I wouldn't buy them for the flavour, but I'd happily buy them again for the hydration and how much better I felt afterwards.

Facile à utiliser. Hydrate bien car je ne bois pas suffisament d’eau. Ceci m’oblige de boire 1 grand verre de plus par jour et d’avoir une hydratation supplémentaire grâce au produit..
