Delivered on time in excellent condition. Easy to take dissolved very quickly in a glass of water with no residue. Pleasant taste, not overpowering.Have only been taking them for a week now, noticed my energy level throughout the day is a little improved and I feel more hydrated. Too early to tell if there will be any longer term benefits but I am very happy with the result so far.

I originally bought these to take on a stag do, hoping they'd help with hydration after a few drinks. While I can't say they're a miracle cure, I definitely felt better the following morning, so I'd call that a success.The berry flavour isn't my favourite and could definitely be improved, but it's easy enough to drink when you know you're getting the benefits. They dissolve quickly, are convenient to carry around, and are a handy way to top up your electrolytes.Whether you're using them after exercise, travelling, or recovering from a heavy night out, they do exactly what they're supposed to. For me, the benefits easily outweigh the average taste.Overall, a useful product to keep on hand. I wouldn't buy them for the flavour, but I'd happily buy them again for the hydration and how much better I felt afterwards.
